Getting to your regional parks and trails is half the fun. Most are located in and around Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia, Canada, on the southern tip of Vancouver Island.
You can travel to Victoria by ferry from Vancouver or Washington State, or by air. Ferries and sea planes also serve the Gulf Islands from either Victoria or Vancouver.
If you're cycling, you can follow the Lochside Trail from the BC Ferries terminal or Washington State Ferries terminal all the way to downtown Victoria.
