Parking is free in most regional parks and trails.
At Sooke Potholes and Thetis Lake regional parks only, pay parking is in effect from May 1 to September 30. The cost is $2.25 per day or $20 for the season.
Sooke Potholes Regional Park
Parking is permitted only in Parking Lots 1 and 2. After finding a parking spot in one of these designated parking areas, please purchase a ticket from a dispenser and display the receipt on your vehicle dashboard. The Parking Lot 2 ticket dispenser accepts coins, VISA and MasterCard. The Parking Lot 1 ticket dispenser accepts $1 coins only.

Season's Pass
A $20 season's pass, valid from May 1 to September 30, is available for regular visitors to Sooke Potholes and Thetis Lake. The pass is valid for both parks.
You can purchase a season's pass from CRD Parks headquarters (490 Atkins Avenue, Langford), or Robbins Parking (1102 Fort Street, Victoria). A $10 deposit is required, which is refundable at the end of the season.
You may also purchase a season's pass from the main ticket dispenser at Thetis Lake Regional Park, or the Parking Lot 2 ticket dispenser at Sooke Potholes Regional Park.
Revenue collected from parking fees helps to offset the costs of park services.
Parking is free at all regional parks and trails during the off-season (October 1 to April 30).
