Our motivational instructor will lead classes at a new location each week that will help you achieve your personal best. All ages and fitness levels welcome! Classes will be held inside if necessary, all other classes will be outside. Registration required. Schedules subject to change.

Monday Class Schedule:

  • Monday, Jan 9 – Panorama Recreation
  • Monday, Jan 16 – Greenglade Community Centre
  • Monday, Jan 23 – Parklands
  • Monday, Jan 30 – Sidney School
  • Monday, Feb 6– North Saanich Middle School
  • Monday, Feb 13 – Greenglade Community Centre
  • Monday, Feb 20– SHOAL Centre
  • Monday, Feb 27 – Panorama Recreation Centre

DIRECTIONS (all directions given from Panorama):

  • Panorama Recreation – meet in the Panorama Lobby, near Reception.
  • Centennial Park – Travel South on East Saanich Rd. Turn right on Wallace Dr. at the 4-way stop. Centennial Park is on your right. Please do not park on Prosser Rd. Meet at shelter.
  • Coles Bay – Travel North on East Saanich Rd. Turn left on McTavish Rd. Turn right on West Saanich Rd. Turn left on Ardmore and then left on Inverness.
  • Greenglade Community Centre – Travel North on East Saanich Rd, through the 4-way stop. Turn left on Canora Rd., right on Northbrook Rd. and right on Lannon Way. Greenglade is on your right side.
  • Horth Hill – Travel North on Hwy 17, take the Wain Rd. exit. Follow Wain Rd. West over Hwy 17. Turn right on Tatlow Rd. and the park entrance will be on your right.
  • Keating Elementary School – 6843 Central Saanich Road.  Travel South on East Saanich Rd.  Turn left on Central Saanich Rd.
  • McTavish Elementary School – Travel North on East Saanich Rd. Turn left on McTavish at the 4-way stop. McTavish Elementary School is on your right.
  • North Saanich Middle School – Travel North on Hwy 17. Exit onto McDonald Park Rd. (next exit past Beacon Ave).  The school is on your right.
  • Parklands Secondary School – 10640 McDonald Park Rd. Travel North on Hwy 17. Exit onto McDonald Park Rd. Parklands School is on your left.
  • Saanichton Elementary School – 1649 Mt. Newton X Rd. Travel South on East Saanich Rd. Turn right on Wallace Dr. at the 4-way stop. Turn right on Mt. Newton X Rd. at the 4-way stop. Meet in parking lot.
  • Sandown Park – Travel North on East Saanich Rd. Turn left on Canora Rd. Turn a slight right on Ocean Ave. Turn left on Beacon Ave. Turn left on Glamorgan Rd. Park is at 1810 Glamorgan Rd.
  • Sidney Elementary School – 2281 Henry Ave. Travel North on Hwy 17. Exit onto Beacon Ave. (Town of Sidney). Turn left on Resthaven Dr. and then left on Henry Ave. Meet at the bike racks.
  • Sidney Pentecostal Church – 10364 McDonald Park Rd. Travel North on Hwy 17. Exit onto McDonald Park Rd. (next exit past Beacon Ave). Sidney Pentecostal Church is on your left.
  • Stelly’s Secondary School – Travel South on East Saanich Rd. Turn right on Wallace Dr. at the 4-way stop.  Turn right on Stelly’s X Rd.  Stelly’s School is on your left.
  • Tulista Park – Travel North on Hwy 17, exit right on to Beacon Ave. Turn right on 5th St and the park is on your left.

Please bring a towel and water bottle to all classes.
