Ball Power

Take your core training to the next level on the ball. This group fitness class will condition and tone you all over.

Body Bar

Want to bring strength training into your routine, but don’t know where to start? Tone up with the Body Bar and strengthen your whole body. You will love this excellent workout.

Cardio Plus

An extended cardio session with hi/lo impact moves. All levels welcome.

Movin’ On Up

Self-paced, mild to moderate, low impact aerobic workout, followed by a strengthening session. Coffee time follows.

Sport Step

A high energy step class incorporating strength and body sculpting. Get ready for a great workout and lots of fun!

Step Up

A great cardiovascular workout using the step. All levels welcome.

Step Sculpt

A fun and challenging class combining step with the body bar. A great cardio and total body strength combo!

Total Body Conditioning

Work the whole body using equipment such as resistance tubing, hand weights, body bars, stability balls and the step. If you like variety and strength training, this is the class for you.

Yoga Fit

This combination of traditional fitness & yoga will improve your balance, flexibility and strength.

Jazzercise

The original dance phenomenon! Each 60 minute workout blends dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to today’s hottest music. Our instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Every class includes a gentle warm-up, 30 minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights and a stretch finale.
