Activities & Location

Swim and Skate Parties are held at Panorama Recreation Centre and Gym Parties are held at Greenglade Community Centre. Choose a Standard or Premium Party and add extras, such as a theme or food. Tailor a birthday celebration that's perfect for your child.

Party Options

A Standard Party includes a 2hour room rental and admission to swimming or skating for up to 15 children. A Premium Party includes a room, admission to swimming or the inflatable obstacle course, a host, helium balloons, access to a fridge/freezer and a special toy for the birthday child. Premium skate parties are not available. Other options include a colour theme, food (pizza and juice), and table settings. Extreme Lounge Parties (11 years+) at Greenglade include use of the Extreme Lounge and access to the inflatable obstacle course.  You can also order extra food and plan for extra guests.

3 Ways to Book Your Party

1. Online (Recommended)

  • Birthday girl View available dates and book your entire party online.
  • We will call you to confirm details. *You will need a Login/Barcode and Account PIN (If you already have an account with us and need this information, please Email email us or call 250.656.7271 ext, 2. If you do not have account with us, you can create your account online.

2. Phone 250.656.7271 ext. 2

  • Leave a detailed message including name, phone number and preference of date, time and type of party. We will return your call within 48 hours.

3. In Person

  • Stop by Panorama Recreation Centre and book your party at reception.

Cancellation Policy

  • Birthday parties cancelled with more than 14 days notice will receive a 100% refund.
  • Parties cancelled with less than 14 days and more than seven days notice will receive a 50% refund.
  • Birthday Parties cancelled with less than seven days notice will not receive a refund.
  • An extra birthday party host must be added 14 days in advance.
