Planning your child's next birthday party? Let Panorama Recreation take care of all the details, including decorating, entertaining and cleaning up. Make this birthday the best and celebrate with us!

Activities & Location

Swim and Skate Parties are held at Panorama Recreation Centre and Gym Parties are held at Greenglade Community Centre. Choose a Standard or Premium Party and add extras, such as a theme or food. Tailor a birthday celebration that's perfect for your child.

Party Options

A Standard Party includes a 2hour room rental and admission to swimming or skating for up to 15 children. A Premium Party includes a room, admission to swimming, skating or the inflatable obstacle course, party leader(s), a host, balloons, access to a fridge/freezer and a special toy for the birthday child. Other options include a theme, food (pizza and juice), and table settings. Extreme Lounge Parties (11 years+) at Greenglade include use of the Extreme Lounge and access to the inflatable obstacle course.  Extreme Plunge Parties (11 years+) at Panorama include a party room and admission to Extreme Swim.

You can also order extra food and plan for extra guests.

How to Book a Party

Book Online (Recommended)

Visit www.panoramarecreation.ca View available dates and book your entire party online. We will call you to confirm details. *You will need an account number and PIN. Call us at 250-656-7271 x. 4 for this information.

All parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance.

Call Us

Phone and leave a detailed message including your name, phone number, date preference, time, location and type of party. Reception will return your call within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy

• Birthday parties cancelled with more than 14 days notice will receive a 100% refund.
• Parties cancelled with less than 14 days and more than seven days notice will receive a 50% refund.
• Birthday Parties cancelled with less than seven days notice will not receive a refund.
