- Extreme Lounge features Nintendo Wii, pool table, foosball, air hockey, table tennis, videos and music.

How many children can attend the party?
This will depend on your party pack. Swim and skate parties include admission for up to 15 children. There is no option to add extra children to any swim or skate parties. For gym parties, you may choose between either 15 children or less ($145) or 16-25 children ($195). Fee’s will not be prorated based on your number of guests. Please note: an extra party host must be booked 14 days in advance.
How many adults need to be present?
There must be one parent for every four children in attendance. For swim parties, please note: children 6 years and under must be accompanied in the water by an adult (16yrs+) who must be within arms’ reach at all times. There must be one adult for every 3 children in attendance under the age of 7 for all pool parties (all pool party fees include admission for up to 4 adult supervisors. Any additional adult supervisors will be subject to the drop-in fees).
Are helmets mandatory for skate party participants?
We strongly encourage all participants to wear a helmet. Helmets are required for all children in strollers on the ice. If you forgot your helmet, fell free to borrow one of ours.
Are kitchen facilities available?
Both Greenglade Community Centre and Panorama Recreation Centre have a fridge and freezer available for food storage during the party. The stove and oven are not available for public use.
What does the gym equipment consist of at Greenglade Community Centre?
The setup for all gymnasium parties will vary depending on the party host and age group of the participants. It is helpful to specify the participant’s interests at the time of booking. Our 50’ inflatable obstacle course will be set-up for all gym parties. *Please note that the height restriction on the inflatable obstacle course is 36''. A preschool bouncy castle is available for those under 36'' upon request.
For Preschool gym parties (1-5yrs), Kindergym equipment is available. We have a variety of little tyke equipment including slides, ride-on toys, a play house, kitchen, climber with slide, basketball hoops and more. Please request Kindergym equipment at the time of your booking.
For school aged gym parties (6-10yrs), sports equipment is available. We have a variety of equipment, including floor hockey nets and sticks, soccer and basketballs.
Are organized games provided?
Organized games are provided at the discretion of the party host. If you would like games or face painting provided, please discuss this with your party host at the beginning of your party.
If the weather is good, can the guests go outside for their activities?
Absolutely! Panorama has an excellent playground and is fully accessible to persons with disabilities. Greenglade also has a playground and large field for sports or organized activities. Please inform reception if requesting an outside activity.
Can I arrive early to setup for the party?
Typically, parents can arrive 15 minutes early to set up; however, please check with reception or the program coordinator to ensure the space is available. Often birthday parties are booked back to back, with only 30 minutes between bookings.
What types of decorations are provided?
Premium parties include a decorated party room with banners and balloons. Basic tableware can be added to your party for $5. Themed tableware can be added to your party for $15.
How many balloons are provided? Can children take them home?
Premium parties include 1 helium balloon per child. The balloons will be blown up and placed in the party room for decoration. Children are welcome to take a balloon home at the end of the party.
What do theme parties include?
All theme parties include dinner plates, desert plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, tablecloth and banner, all of which will correspond to the theme requested.
Are goody bags provided?
Sorry, goody bags are not available through Panorama; however, premium parties include a special toy for the birthday child.
Can I request a specific host for a party?
Yes, depending on staff availability. We may not always be able to accommodate your party host request; however, we will do our best!
When does the pizza arrive?
Pizza delivery at Greenglade Community Centre arrives after the gymnasium activities, 1 hour into the party, unless otherwise specified.
Pizza delivery at Panorama Recreation Centre arrives at the beginning of the scheduled room time (15 minutes after the end of the swimming session).
What do I need to bring?
Unless a party theme ($15) has been requested or pizza has been ordered, parents are required to supply all tableware. Please provide additional table settings as needed (i.e. for adults), a cake knife, candles and matches or a lighter. In addition, parents are welcome to bring any decorations, food, or other supplies for the party.
Can we stay in the party room after our scheduled party is finished?
Sorry, but our parties are extremely popular and therefore we require all parties to finish on schedule so as not to interfere with any subsequent bookings.
