Panorama has a variety of rooms available for rental—from small spaces perfect for meetings or celebrations to our dance studio and our pool—great for birthday parties.

Rooms can be rented at the following locations:

  • Panorama Recreation Centre
  • Central Saanich Cultural Centre
  • Greenglade Community Centre

Host an Event

With close to 60,000 square feet of covered indoor exhibit area, Panorama is a great site for conventions, trade shows, craft fairs and other major events.

Available Dates

Arenas are available for rental year round. For four months in the summer (April - August), Panorama arenas are drained of ice and operate as dry floor spaces. For the upcoming summer we have already booked a gymnastics event, a cat show, four lacrosse tournaments, and much more. We still have room for you!

The spaces are large; tables, chairs and internet access can be provided at your request. We also have daily rates for community association meetings.

Dry Floor Arena

  • Two full size arenas are available for ball hockey, in line hockey, trade shows or birthday parties. The arenas have dry floor facilities for four months through the spring and summer.
  Prime Time 8am - 10pm Non Prime Time 10pm - 8am

Ice Arena

  • Two full size arenas are available for private rentals, hockey, family skates and birthday parties. Skate rentals are $2.50 each.
