Otter Point OCP Process Update

The Otter Point Official Community Plan is under review and the first phase has been completed. The Citizen's Committee has completed its review and presented recommendations regarding amendments to the OCP.

There will be one more meeting with the Citizen's Committee when the final draft OCP has been prepared to explain how the proposed OCP addresses the Committee recommendations. Information regarding the Citizen's Committee process is available in the right hand column.

Otter Point OCP Review - Otter Point Advisory Planning Commission (APC)

Several meetings have been scheduled with the Otter Point APC to solicit public comments on the draft OCP.

Background Reports

A background report which includes Part 1.0 Community Background Information from the 2007 OCP is being updated to include new demographic and building permit information.
