Vergo Townhouses
Vergo is an 18-unit complex comprised of one, two and three-bedroom townhouses and will be constructed as part of the redevelopment of the former Mount View School site. The units will be constructed, owned and operated by Capital Region Housing Corporation and will provide affordable rental housing for families of moderate income.
The Vergo property is a "panhandle" lot at 3808 Carey Road and is an excellent site for affordable family housing, located in close proximity to local and regional transit, the Galloping Goose Trail and Uptown Centre.
