CRD Building Bylaw
The CRD Building Regulations Bylaw No. 5, 2010 as amended.
The Bylaw was created for the health, safety and protection of people and property, and serves to regulate the construction, alteration, repair, or demolition of buildings and structures. Bylaw 3741 applies in all parts of Juan de Fuca, Southern Gulf Islands,
and Salt Spring Island Electoral Areas.
