Project Grants
CRD Project Funding is intended for three types of arts-mandated, not-for-profit organizations:
- established arts organizations that work on a project-to-project basis
- new and emerging arts organizations
- arts organizations undertaking special, one-time initiatives or unique or developmental projects
Applicant organizations must be non-profit societies, registered in BC, have been active in the CRD for at least six months, and have programming in the arts as their primary mandate and purpose. Project Grants are not available to arts organizations who receive Annual Operating Assistance from the CRD.

Application Forms
New and returning applicants should confirm eligibility with the Arts Development office prior to submitting an application. Download the interactive pdf application form here:

Completed applciations may be submitted online or in hard copy to CRD Arts Development, 625 Fisgard St, Victoria, BC V8W 1R7, and must be received by 4:30 pm on the deadline.
Application to the program does not guarantee funding.

Final Report
Recipients of Projects Grants are required to file a Final Report within two months of the completion of the project. Click to download the form in:
