Regional Arts Strategic Plan
The Regional Arts Strategic Plan (RASP) has been prepared to provide the Capital Regional District with a policy and action framework for the arts function. It is the first time in this region that a plan has been prepared that is regional in scope, strategic in approach for the long term, and focused on all aspects of the arts.
