CRD Bylaw Services ensures compliance of regional and municipal bylaws within the Capital Regional District of British Columbia.
We provide services with integrity, impartiality, and efficiency with the goal of obtaining voluntary compliance.
The goal is met through services and solutions provided by a team of well trained, qualified and professional staff.
Compliance is achieved through proven proactive techniques and enforcement, including community education, mediation, fines and injunctions.
Services are available to all CRD departments and municipal government partners.
