Saanich, Elk/Beaver Lake Regional Park
Event Information
Elk/Beaver Lake Regional Park (Saanich)
Join a CRD Regional Parks naturalist and Power to Be on a winter
wander through the park. Come learn about what different
animals are doing at this time of year with engaging activities.
What might some of the forest animals be up to (if anything!)?
We'll be rolling or strolling along the forest trail. Power to Be can
provide adaptive mobility equipment for a variety of needs. Let
us know what support, or program modifications you require to
have success in the outdoors.
There is no fee for this program, but you must pre-register as space is limited. You can also reserve adaptive
equipment; contact us to learn more about what options
are available.
Trail Description: 1km loop with 1 bench along the way. Compact gravel surface with slight incline. Accessible washroom available near parking lot and halfway through walk. Wheelchair accessible and stroller friendly.
Please note: We like pets too. However, their presence can be disruptive for some folks. If you plan to attend one of our programs, please leave pets at home. Guide and service animals are, of course, welcome.
