Program areas include: environmental outreach and education; cross connection and regional source control; demand management and the onsite program. The Senior Manager may apply various approaches, tools and resources to achieve desirable change in social behaviour such as outreach/education, proactive incentives, supportive technical solutions or regulatory compliance. Using their excellent leadership skills, the Senior Manager is responsible for guiding the partnerships program including aligning a consistent vision with performance outcomes, objectives and evaluative processes.
